““I think the Knicks are winning the championship.” 👀 @getnickwright explains:”

The New York Knicks won the 2026 NBA championship, defeating the San Antonio Spurs 4-1 in the NBA Finals (June 3–13, 2026). It was the Knicks' first title since 1973, secured in dominant fashion with a historic 13-game winning streak at one point and a record playoff scoring margin. Nick Wright's prediction was fully and unambiguously correct.

“Nick Wright predicted the 2026 NBA Finals would be Celtics over Nuggets — 'People are calling it the worst NBA Finals prediction of all time… and I'm not sure they're wrong. Everyone about this picture is just a disaster!'”

Both the Celtics and Nuggets were eliminated in the first round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs. The Celtics lost to the 7th-seeded Philadelphia 76ers 4-3 in seven games, while the Nuggets were knocked out by the Minnesota Timberwolves 4-2 in six games. The 2026 NBA Finals feature the New York Knicks (East) against either the Oklahoma City Thunder or the San Antonio Spurs (West), with neither of Wright's predicted teams anywhere close to the championship.

“The Eagles' collapse is due to having no offensive identity, which is the head coach's fault. Nick Sirianni should be very anxious if Howie Roseman wants to meet with him, as it could signal his job is in jeopardy.”
